It is one of the fastest growing master-planned township projects in the country developed by D.M. Wenceslao and Associates Inc.
Community expanding
Existing locators include City of Dreams Manila, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, S&R Membership Shopping, Department of Foreign Affairs, Singapore School Manila, Sequioa Hotel, and Honda Manila Bay, among others.

The substation will further enhance energy efficiency and strengthen the power supply capacity in the entire Aseana City estate.
