Aseana Holdings Inc. (AHI) is a wholly owned subsidiary of D.M. Wenceslao and Associates, Inc., (PSE:DMW) that was established to cater to the development potential of Aseana City. Aseana City is a development project with a total land area of 107- hectares business, lifestyle and entertainment destination located along the coastal waters of Manila Bay.
Since 2003, AHI has been one of the leading developers in Metro Manila offering high-value land investments, building flexible and sustainable office, commercial, and mixed-use spaces that are strategically located inside a master-planned community, and bringing innovative real estate solutions to businesses.
